Kirk Nugent is genius

Kirk Nugent...........this man is something else! I was introduced to him at the Leadership Safari camp a few days ago. When he speaks I instantly listen to every word coming out of his mouth because they make so much sense. I love how he gets his message across through slam poetry. His spirit and words are just so uplifting which is another reason I like him so much. I really wish he preached at a church up here because he makes me feel as if anything is possible and reminds me to PURSUE MY PASSION.

Leadership Safari Notice

Hey guys, here is a video of the Leadership Safari program that I got to be apart of. It was an AMAZING experience and I am glad I attended it. Even though Leadership Safari was only 5 days it taught me a lot about myself and adjusting to college. I was able to attend sessions from slam poets, comedians, college professors and also people like Amanda Arlakaus (The Biggest Loser), James Cunningham (Funny Money Man), and Ed Gerety (Motivational Speaker). I feel like by going to this I definitely have a step-up on the freshman who did not attend. If you have any questions just ask (:

Hey guys, Just a few days ago I moved into college and must I say its quite the experience. I moved in early for this Leadership Safari program which I advise all freshman to attend. Here I've met so many people and got familiar with the campus as well as participated in many different activities. I promise I will be back blogging in a few days just be patient with me.
